Saving money seems to be an easy task. But the reality tells the other way around. The truth is… it is difficult to set aside money. This is because we do not only encounter controllable temptations to spend money, but also we often face uncontrollable circumstances that lead us to use them. These unmanageable circumstances include our routine necessity to buy our daily food, unexpected medical expenses, unanticipated repair expenses, and other expenditures we must not ignore. Thus, it is just wise to save money for these kinds of events we don’t expect to happen anytime in the future. We call this amount an emergency fund. This is a fund we set aside for the exclusive use of our emergency needs in an unpredicted future. There can be confusion whether saving money is wise and biblical, considering that saved money, which don’t earn interest, seems to be unwise. There are also claims that investing is far away better than saving. With these, let us find out what the Bible says about saving money. The following are passages from the Holy Scriptures pertaining to saving bucks and setting aside for an emergency fund:

1 Corinthians 16:2
On the first day of every week each one of you is to put aside and save, as he may prosper, so that no collections be made when I come.

Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, sluggard; consider her ways and be wise; who having no guide, overseer, or ruler, provides her food in the summer and gathers her food in the harvest.

Proverbs 19:2
Also it is not good for a person to be without knowledge, and he who hurries his footsteps errs.

Proverbs 21:5
The plans of the diligent lead surely to advantage, but everyone who is hasty comes surely to poverty.

Proverbs 21:20
The wise man saves for the future but the foolish man spends whatever he gets

Proverbs 27:12
A prudent man sees evil and hides himself, the naive proceed and pay the penalty

Proverbs 30:24-25
Four things are small on the earth, but they are exceedingly wise: The ants are not a strong people, but they prepare their food in the summer;

Ecclesiastes 11:2
Divide your portion to seven, or even to eight, for you do not know what misfortune may occur on the earth.

Conclusion:
The Holy Bible which is full of wisdom clearly is a reference of purpose. Every acts and teachings we can find in the Holy Books are under a great purpose. Therefore, we can say that the righteousness of saving and setting aside money depends on its purpose. Yes, investing can be better than saving, but saving under a good purpose can be better than a risky investment. Saving money for an emergency fund is recommended for this uncertain world. Saving money for the future of your children (educational fund) is also wise. But saving money without a clear purpose is dull. Saving money can also teach us self-discipline – a virtue that gives us great results in our lives. It also orients us to patience and prudence – two virtues that keep us away from financial troubles. Hence, let us be disciplined, patient and prudent persons. Let us save money with a great purpose. If you love your family, you won’t give them a gloomy future. Finally, if you honor God, you should always see to it that you always bear fruits for your people to be picked.

No it’s not. Many people believe in this great misconception. That’s why most of them somehow have a bad feeling about it – about money. Seemingly, money can be the reason of many fighting. Money also seems to be the motive of theft, corruption, prostitution, fighting, and other negative actions. However, if we will do a thorough research on the origin of this notion, which is the Bible, we can learn that the saying “money is the root of all evil”, is indeed a misinterpretation. If we will refer to the book of 1 Timothy 6:10, we will read the following:

“For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.” – 1 Timothy 6:10 (NIV)

From the above passage from the Holy Scriptures, we can clearly learn that it is not the money that is the root of all kind of evil – it is the love of money. Who can love money? It can only be us. We people tend to love money. We sometimes value money more than anything in this world. People sometimes sacrifice time for their family and for God for money.

Now, how true it is that peoples’ love on money can be the root of all evil? Just think of all evil you can think, including greed, lust, pride, murder and envy. Do you think all of these evils can be produced by a person’s love on money? Yes they can be its fruits. One man’s love on money can make him greedy. A woman who loves money more than her dignity can do prostitution. Likewise, a person who put money first in his heart can be proud and envious, and in worst can kill his fellow men for the love of money.

The truth is, we cannot love money and God at the same time. We can’t serve God and His people and serve money at the same time.

“No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.” – Matthew 6:24 (NIV)

But money is not all that bad. If we will become constantly faithful to God, He will give us the wisdom and understanding that will give us health and prosperity.

“My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you prosperity. “ – Proverbs 3:1-2 (NIV)

Money is not at all evil. It was invented as a tool to give convenience to humankind. It serves as our medium of exchange to ease the exchange of goods and services. It also acts as a unit of account to facilitate measurement when we buy the things we need. Money also serves as a store of value to help us save our possessions in a more technical way. It can also use to easily pay our debts. Hence, let us stop accusing money as the root of all evil. Let’s look first upon ourselves and ask seriously – do we love money?

Do want to escape poverty and live a prosperous life? Have you already read tons of “getting rich” books and articles, watch lots of “jump into riches” DVDs, and attended several “fortune fishing” seminars? But still they are not making you a wealthy person you ever dreamed of? Then, this article is for you? Here, we are digging up thousands of years old scriptures that contain guides and instruction to the true riches. There can be no greater author of books than the One who never lies – whom is God. If you want to become rich like a tree that bears abundant fruits, you have to put your trust and faith to Him who put our lives into existence. Now, let us put into our wisdom and knowledge and let ourselves understand that God wants us to be rich in the first place. So let us sit back, relax, and tackle our faith to riches.

To begin with, here is one promise that God has given to people who honor Him with their wealth and profits.

Proverbs 3:9-10 (NIV)
Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.

This passage tells us that a man with wisdom (knowledge) and understanding (involving) of the teachings and commandments of God, not only posses riches, but also honor and long life.

Proverbs 3:13-16 (NIV)
Blessed is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gains understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.

Here is another verse supporting that wisdom and understanding bring us treasures. Again, wisdom is knowing God’s instructions and commandments and understanding is doing them.

Proverbs 24:3-4 (NIV)
By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.

This verse promises blessings to righteous persons and grace to those who have humility in their hearts.

Proverbs 3:33-34 (NIV)
The LORD’s curse is on the house of the wicked, but he blesses the home of the righteous. He mocks proud mockers but gives grace to the humble.

The Lord will keep a righteous person away from hunger and poverty.

Proverbs 10:3 (NIV)
The LORD does not let the righteous go hungry but he thwarts the craving of the wicked.

These verses from the book of Proverbs promises prosperity to a person who does generosity, especially to the one who does it to the poor.

Proverbs 11:24-25 (NIV)
One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

Proverbs 28:27 (NIV)
He who gives to the poor will lack nothing, but he who closes his eyes to them receives many curses.

Finally, if you are still reluctant that God cannot give you wealth and all materials things that you need, here is one passage that you must read.

Matthew 6:31-33 (NIV)
So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Have a righteous day and thank you for visiting our page.

What is the most costly thing that the world has ever produced? Is it a gold, diamond or platinum? No…none of these precious things the world has ever known has even make it closer to the cost of the world’s most costly substance that exists. The price of these things is based on the total cost of producing them. These exclude spiritual things like love, joy, contentment and the likes which are obviously priceless and cannot be possibly measured in terms of money. The most expensive things that humans have ever produced are called antimatter. The production of antimatter is considered as artificial production(produced in human laboratories and experiments) since they can naturally occur and exist in the other parts of the universe.

According to NASA website, Antimatter is matter with its electrical charge reversed. Anti-electrons, called “positrons,” are like an electron but with a positive charge. Antiprotons are like protons with a negative charge. Positron, antiprotons and other antiparticles can be routinely created at particle accelerator labs, such as CERN in Europe, and can even be trapped and stored for days or weeks at a time. And just last year, they made antihydrogen for the first time. It didn’t last long, but they did it. Also, Antimatter is NOT antigravity. Although it has not been experimentally confirmed, existing theory predicts that antimatter behaves the same to gravity as does a normal matter.

According to information gathered by Wikipedia, Antimatter is said to be the most costly substance in existence, with an estimated cost of $25 billion per gram for positrons, and $62.5 trillion per gram for antihydrogen. This is because production is difficult (only a few antiprotons are produced in reactions in particle accelerators), and because there is higher demand for the other uses of particle accelerators. According to CERN, it has cost a few hundred million Swiss Francs to produce about 1 billionth of a gram (the amount used so far for particle/antiparticle collisions).

When this information comes to my knowledge, I started to realize how much money do I need to earn, just to be able to buy a gram of these rare things. Although the future promises a more efficient artificial production of antimatters, to cut their costs, that reality is still pretty far away from our present. I have real fun writing and sharing this article, since we are all discussing about money and finances. Now here is a thing – an antimatter that costs billions of dollars for a gram! Do you dare to buy even a milligram? I still prefer to have the spiritual things like true love and joy – which can never be bought even by hundreds of centillions of Dollars.

Avoiding poverty is one task everyone may linger in mind. Whether you consider yourself a destitute or one who is rich, the challenge to avoid becoming poor can’t be ignored. Basically, this is because no one wants to escape the fortune and abundance of life. Even the people who want to live a simple life don’t want to starve. Getting rid of poverty is a never-ending problem that may never perish in the lands of our planet. There will always be people who will become poor, suffer famine and experience misfortune in life. Now, solving this problem takes a lot of wisdom and understanding. And when it comes to wisdom, I turn you over to the Holy Scriptures.

First, let us determine who are those people who become poor. This way, we can avoid poverty by not becoming one of those types of person.

Proverbs 21:17
He who loves pleasure will become poor; whoever loves wine and oil will never be rich.

Proverbs 22:16
He who oppresses the poor to increase his wealth and he who gives gifts to the rich — both come to poverty.

Proverbs 23:21
for drunkards and gluttons become poor, and drowsiness clothes them in rags.

It is clear that the Bible said that people who love pleasure, who are drunkards and gluttons become poor. A person who is wicked will also surely go into poverty. These bad habits, if you don’t want to become a destitute one, should be avoided. It may sounds basic and not so technical, but the fact is – it is a fact. I am confident that many people will agree on those passages.

Now, who are the persons who will inherent riches and fortune in life? The following are what the Bible said about riches:

Proverbs 10:3
The LORD does not let the righteous go hungry but he thwarts the craving of the wicked.

Proverbs 11:24-25
One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty. A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

Proverbs 24:4
“And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches”

Proverbs 28:27
He who gives to the poor will lack nothing, but he who closes his eyes to them receives many curses.

The Lord has given us promises that He cannot break. A person who is righteous, has wisdom in his heart, and generous to the poor, is blessed by Him. He brings riches to that person and does not let him be in hunger and in poverty.

God has the power to both make us poor and make us rich. He has the power to saves us from poverty and lifts us to riches.

Deuteronomy 8:18
“Thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swear unto thy fathers, as it is this day.”

1 Samuel 2:7-8
The LORD sends poverty and wealth; he humbles and he exalts. He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes and has them inherit a throne of honor.

The Holy Scriptures which are written thousands of years ago are full of powerful words which come from our Almighty God. By putting our trust and faith to the One who created us, who never committed lies, we can assure and become confident that our mouth will never run dry because of poverty. By fearing Him (which is the beginning of our wisdom) and by doing His teachings and commandments (which is the start of our understanding), we can be certain that the blessings and graces of God is on our side. Finally, to avoid poverty is to avoid vices, selfishness, sloth, greed and unfaithfulness. On the other hand, to receive riches, is to embrace wisdom, righteousness, understanding, self discipline, charity, perseverance and love to God, who first loved us and wanted us to be blessed and fortunate.

This time, we will move to the Bible passages that discuss budgeting. Budgeting can be relative to all of us, whether we are rich or poor, business owners or employees, and young or old. It involves plotting our reasonably estimated income, expenses and savings for a certain period or series of periods in the near future. The purpose of budgeting is to provide us a forecast of revenue and expenditures which will serve us as our guide for an effective an efficient flow of our financial transactions. It also gives us the ability to control our financial run by comparing our actual financial performance against our forecast.

Many people perceive that budgeting just give us financial restrictions. They thought that these financial limits are things that need to be broken to achieve financial freedom. However, as we will discover the Words of God, we will realize that financial limitations are God’s ways to keep us in the right financial position. As the Bible teaches as self-control and discipline, it also shapes us to persons who are not slaves of debt but persons who are free. When it comes to budgeting, the following verses are written in the Bible:

Proverbs 3:9-10
Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the first fruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine.

Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, sluggard; consider her ways and be wise; who, having no guide, overseer, or ruler, provides her food in the summer and gathers her food in the harvest.

Proverbs 22:3
A prudent one foresees the evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished.

Proverbs 21:5
The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenty; but the thoughts of everyone who is hasty only to poverty.

Proverbs 21:17
Whoever loves pleasure will be a poor man; he who loves wine and oil will not be rich.

Proverbs 24:3-4
Through wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; and by knowledge the rooms shall be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.

Proverbs 25:28
He who has no rule over his own spirit is like a broken down city without a wall.

Proverbs 27:12
A sensible man watches for problems ahead and prepares to meet them. The simpleton never looks, and suffers the consequences.

Proverbs 27:23
Know well the face of your flocks; set your heart on your herds.

Proverbs 27:26
The lambs are for your clothing, and the goats are the price of the field.

1 Corinthians 16:2
On the first day of every week each one of you is to put aside and save, as he may prosper, so that no collections be made when I come.

Luke 14:28-30
For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he may have enough to finish it; lest perhaps, after he has laid the foundation and is not able to finish, all those seeing begin to mock him, saying, This man began to build and was not able to finish.

In my first post of the series “Money Bible Verses”, I have shared Holy Passages relating to investing. This time, we will move to what the Holy Scriptures have said about debt and lending. Lending primarily involves two parties which is the debtor (borrower) and the creditor (lender). It may also involve other persons or entities such as a guarantor or a trustee. As we go on the passages we will learn that our debts or loans (personal loans, credit card debts, mortgages and others) can become hindrances to our financial freedom. The Bible also teaches us how to become responsible borrowers who pay their creditors what are due to them on the promised dates. Lenders have also been given guidance to become fair and just creditors. The Bible have also mentioned about charging interests and making resolutions even after the death of the borrower.

By reading and understanding the Words of God, we can have our minds and hearts enlightened with the best decisions facing debts and lending. We can also righteously decide whether to pay off our debts or just save our money. Furthermore, taxes, which are due on our income and are also considered as our debt to Government once they become due and payable, are also discussed in the Holy Scriptures. The following are the Bible Verses that tackle topics on debt and lending:

Deuteronomy 15:6
For the LORD your God will bless you as He has promised you, and you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow; and you will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you.

Deuteronomy 23:19-20
You shall not charge interest to your countrymen: interest on money, food, or anything that may be loaned at interest. You may charge interest to a foreigner, but to your countrymen you shall not charge interest, so that the Lord your God may bless you in all that you undertake in the land which you are about to enter to possess.

Deuteronomy 28:12
The LORD will open for you His good storehouse, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

Psalm 37:21
The wicked borrows and does not pay back, but the righteous is gracious and gives.

Proverbs 3:27-28
Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it. Do not say to your neighbor, “Go, and come back, and tomorrow I will give it,” when you have it with you.

Proverbs 22:7
The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower becomes the lender s slave.

Proverbs 22:26-27
Do not be a man who strikes hands in pledge or puts up security for debts; if you lack the means to pay, your very bed will be snatched from under you

Proverbs 28:8
He who increases his wealth by interest and usury gathers it for him who is gracious to the poor.

Romans 13:8
Owe nothing to anyone except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.

Ecclesiastes 5:5
It is better that you should not vow than that you should vow and not pay.

Matthew 5:42
Give to him who asks of you, and do not turn away from him who wants to borrow from you.

Matthew 22:17-21
Tell us then, what is your opinion? Is it right to pay taxes to Caesar or not?” But Jesus, knowing their evil intent, said, “You hypocrites, why are you trying to trap me? Show me the coin used for paying the tax.” They brought him a denarius, and he asked them, “Whose portrait is this? And whose inscription?” “Caesar’s,” they replied. Then he said to them, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.”

Exodus 22:14
If a man borrows anything from his neighbor, and it is injured or dies while its owner is not with it, he shall make full restitution.

Exodus 22:25
If you lend money to My people, to the poor among you, you are not to act as a creditor to him; you shall not charge him interest.

Leviticus 25:35-37
Now in case a countryman of yours becomes poor and his means with regard to you falter, then you are to sustain him, like a stranger or a sojourner, that he may live with you. Do not take usurious interest from him, but revere your God, that your countryman may live with you. You shall not give him your silver at interest, nor your food for gain.

2 Kings 4:7
Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, “Go, sell the oil and pay your debt, and you and your sons can live on the rest.”

The above passages may not be the complete list of all verses pertaining to debt and lending. If you know other verses that are related to debts and credits, feel free to share them below by making a comment.

Some of them get returns, some get losses. But other people don’t even care to invest, and most of them fall into debts and poverty. In the financial realm, investing can be a good move for any person who wants to achieve financial freedom. Psychologically, it can also strengthen a person’s behavior towards discipline and sense of purpose. Personally, I invest my money and time to achieve my goals. These goals include financial stability, prosperous family, healthy life and philanthropic capability. Investments may be in the forms of business entrepreneurship, real estate, web properties, financial instruments, and other investments that we expect returns or profits. There are many books written by the word’s top financial authors that will guide us to effective and responsible investing. But there can only be one book that I believe surpasses them all – a book which texts and words are not coming from humans… but coming from a God. The following are Bible Verses that pertain to investing:

Ecclesiastes 11:2
Give portions to seven, yes to eight, for you do not know what disaster may come upon the land.

Galatians 6:7
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.

Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.

Proverbs 13:11
Dishonest money dwindles away, but he who gathers money little by little makes it grow.

Proverbs 28:20
A faithful man will be richly blessed, but one eager to get rich will not go unpunished.

Proverbs 24:27
Finish your outdoor work and get your fields ready; after that, build your house.

Matthew 6:33
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Luke 19:11-27
The Parable of the Ten Minas
While they were listening to this, he went on to tell them a parable, because he was near Jerusalem and the people thought that the kingdom of God was going to appear at once. He said: “A man of noble birth went to a distant country to have himself appointed king and then to return. So he called ten of his servants and gave them ten minas.’Put this money to work,’ he said, ‘until I come back.’

But his subjects hated him and sent a delegation after him to say, ‘We don’t want this man to be our king.’

“He was made king, however, and returned home. Then he sent for the servants to whom he had given the money, in order to find out what they had gained with it.

“The first one came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has earned ten more.’

” ‘Well done, my good servant!’ his master replied. ‘Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities.’

“The second came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has earned five more.’

“His master answered, ‘You take charge of five cities.’

“Then another servant came and said, ‘Sir, here is your mina; I have kept it laid away in a piece of cloth. 21I was afraid of you, because you are a hard man. You take out what you did not put in and reap what you did not sow.’

“His master replied, ‘I will judge you by your own words, you wicked servant! You knew, did you, that I am a hard man, taking out what I did not put in, and reaping what I did not sow? Why then didn’t you put my money on deposit, so that when I came back, I could have collected it with interest?’

“Then he said to those standing by, ‘Take his mina away from him and give it to the one who has ten minas.’

” ‘Sir,’ they said, ‘he already has ten!’

“He replied, ‘I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but as for the one who has nothing, even what he has will be taken away. But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them—bring them here and kill them in front of me.”

What are the things we can do when we don’t have any money? I just got no money today. The reason is that I have not yet collected my billing for the services I have rendered. It’s somehow funny to consider the fact that I don’t have any cash in my hand. I also don’t have credit cards, since I only use debit cards which I only load with money when I have purchases online. Now it’s a crazy challenge thinking what we can do when our wallets run dry. So I take this opportunity to meditate and nurture my brain with ideas that can somehow help my self and anyone who may have arrived in this freaky situation. When, you can’t get anymore money in your pocket, the following are things you can try to do:

1. Spend your time
Having no money doesn’t mean having no resources. Time can be equivalent to money, and vice versa. Some people are rich with money but are poor in time. Some people are rich with time but poor when it comes to money. Now that you don’t have any money to spend, it’s time to spend your time. Maybe during the time that you have money, you found yourself traveling in many places. Now that your have no money left with you, this maybe the chance to spend your time with you home. Try to spend time cleaning your room, spending time with your lovely pets, or with your families. It can also be the opportunity to spend time with you books, your garden, your body (doing exercises), and many other things you can spend with your time at home or even at your nearby neighbors.

2. Fasting
Having no money isn’t bad at all at a certain point in time. It can be a golden opportunity for fasting. When material and monetary things are in absence, we can concentrate on spiritual things. When we have money, it’s hard for us to abstain from buying foods, drinks, and other material things that our body needs. Now, when money is not in our hands, we can do fasting. Meaning we can try to abstain from gluttony, drunkenness, gambling and extravagance – things that weaken our spirits.

3. Rest
Activities can be costly. Hence, if we don’t have the money to cover our entertainment and other activity expenses, the best thing to do is to “rest”. But keep in mind that having a rest is great when we are tired. This means, we should only take a rest at a reasonable short period of time – enough to energize and rejuvenate our body and minds. A few days without money can be a good few days of rest. This can also be more relaxing if a person who doesn’t have money also doesn’t have debts or any obligations.

4. Think
When we can’t do something because it will cost us to do or when we can’t travel to any places because we can’t afford to travel, the best thing to perform is thinking. Thinking certain things can be beneficial to us if done properly and timely. In exercising our minds, we can be able to create useful ideas and strategic plans. We can also do meditations and realizations which can nurture not only our brain but also our soul and our whole personality. These are the things that we usually forget when we are busy spending and playing our money. Hence, when money is gone, these are the nicest things we can do to ourselves.

5. Find money
If you don’t have money, then you should find money. If you already don’t have time to spend, if you’re already tired of resting, if your fasting period is over, and if your plan and ideas are now must go into action, then you should now start finding and earning money. It’s now time to use your rejuvenated self to work for money. This is now the moment to put those ideas you created into reality. Your plans must be acted now. If you have something to work on, then work it now. If you have goods to sell, sell them now. If you have services to render, render them now. If you have receivables, then collect them now. Money comes to us if we think it and work for it.

Money can be everything to us if we use it the right way. That’s why we should do our best to save them and let them grow in our hands. Although money is just a piece of paper or just a coin of metal, we should also take care of them so that they may always be in our sight. But how can we take care of our money? How can we assure that these precious things, if only have emotions, will become glad in the hands of their masters? The following are ways to make them properly serve you.

Give it a sense of purpose
Money has its own purpose; the primary, is being a medium of exchange. Although it also serves as a store of value, a sleeping money is not a happy money. Therefore, we should use it and avoid making it an idle object. However, we should also assure that they will be used in the wisest ways. We should not use them in spending our vices, our extravagance, and other nonsense expenditures. Just like human, any person without a sense of purpose will not become happy. If we want money to always come to us, give them value and use them in a way that they will serve their purpose.

Don’t just burry it, plant it
Money, without growth, signifies that its master or holder is irresponsible. To take care of our money means to nurture them and make them grow. Therefore, let us give them all the best available opportunities to cultivate them. We can invest them rather than just burry them. We can make them capital in our strategically planned and carefully established businesses, invest them in mutual funds, and other investments that return income and interests.

Make it morale and legal
Dirty money is sad money. Treasures that are grabbed through immoral and illegal means will trouble our conscience, as well as our freedom. Money that are produced by those corrupt deeds are money full of shame. Therefore, to take care of our money and ourselves, let us assure that we run them through clean and fair systems.

Make a plan for it and follow that plan
Everything we care of, we become thoughtful on them. We plan for them and we vision their good future. Just like our concern towards our money, we make it a budget to keep it away from exhaustion and other financial troubles. But thoughts without actions are useless. Sometimes, we don’t follow our plans. This is of no difference from breaking our promises to our dear money. If we desire to treat well our money, we should take care of them not only in our minds but also in our hands.

Keep and eye on it
Last but not the least is monitoring and accounting our money. Taking care of them is knowing them. A person who do not know where his money are going and what are they doing, usually loses his money. Therefore recording, tracking, organizing and analyzing our money are ways to keep them in the good positions and making them coming back to our side.

Conclusion
We should take care of our money to keep them coming back to us. We should treat them well so that they will love us and we become their favorite destinations. Although money should not be loved as people’s masters, because the love of money is the root of all evil, they should be cared as our useful tools and companions. With this, we should become responsible masters of our own money. We should use and treat these little things in the righteous and just manner.
